Best External Hard Drive Case 3.5
How do I get my Hard Drive to work?
They gave me a brand new hard drive. It is a 3.5 "for to be used inside an office. I tried to put it directly into my computer, but it did not work. I went bought one of these cases at Best Buy which is an external hard drive. It is connected properly, but my computer does not recognize not, and it does not appear in "My Computer". What should I do?
A drive must be partitioned and formatted before it serve. Then insert the disk manager. The drive should appear as "free space" to create a single primary partition then format it with, probably NTFS. Once that is done, you should see it in my computer and be able to use it.
