Canon 1d Mark Ii Prices

Canon EOS 1D Mark II or Nikon D2X?
I take a lot of low light, kind of fast moving events together. I currently shoot a Canon 20D, and I'll update. Which camera Would you go? The Nikon seems to be a better choice on price, but they said the Canon outperforms Nikon. Suggestions?
These are two fine cameras, but they are both 4-5 years. They were probably used by professionals who have taken lots of pictures and now they want to sell their used equipment. Make sure you know how many shutter activations were. This option is available in the EXIF data of the last picture taken, do not take anyone word for it. Shoot a picture of you over and check. If they have more than 100,000 plans I'd be wary of one. These things have a limited lifespan and 100,000 there is not much life left. I do agree otherwise you may as well get the Canon, since you have glasses, but with a qualification. Your 20D has a 1.6X crop factor and the 1D has a 1.3X crop factor. If you have any "digital only" lenses and glasses not full size, you may have problems with vignetting. Check the specifications on contact lenses and see if they are limited to the smaller probe or whether they agree with the 1D slightly larger sensor.
