Apartment commercial or residential?
I live in a 3 apartment house. Is this considered a commercial building? I ask because I am having a problem with the landlord not correcting a sewage leak that caused damage and mold. To see if this would apply. http://www.epa.gov/mold/mold_remediation.html
I believe it is considered residential for your purpose.
