Which device do i need to add to my tv cable to watch it over wifi on a pc?
I have a satellite as well as a local cable to view tv. I want to watch (and record if possible) it on my laptop via a wifi because my pc and cables are in different rooms.
You want a Slingbox or a Hava. I don’t think you can record with that. The Slingbox connects to your satellite and cable box, as well as a network connection (can be wireless), and you log onto it with a web page, and have a screen and virtual remote to Control Your boxes as if you were at the TV.
