Optical Digital Audio Cable Adapter

What kind of audio cable I need for my TV?
I just got a new cable box through my cable company. I want to plug an HDMI cable I already have, but the cable box only has a DVI port, so I'll receive a DVI-HDMI. I understand DVI doesn't carry audio that so I'll need a separate audio cable. What kind of audio cable do I need? I see the basic "digital cable Audio "which seems right, but some also say" fiber optics "or other things. Can someone explain? Thanks!
The cable box should have a pair red / white auxiliary audio output jacks. One of the HDMI inputs on your TV is probably a pair taken well next to him. The purpose of this is for applications such as yours where the audio should be brought in a separate HDMI (Common with laptops, for example). Connect the two sets taken with RCA audio cables, and it will work.
