Why does it look like logos or letters on my television screen is moving?
I just got a flat screen TV and a new Combo DVD / VCR, and when I run my cable through the TV itself, it seems ok, but when I run it through the DVD / VCR, decoder, it seems that a lot of logos and renting are crawling or moving. Any ideas on what is happening?
