There is nothing like a simple cable to connect the two. The reason is NTSC and PAL are like apples and oranges when it comes to video and audio. You need a PAL to NTSC converter. These devices exist. I have “universal” one of these which allows me to use a standard VGA computer monitor as my display for the new digital TV signals we have. My converter box can accept PAL, NTSC or VGA as input and output the converted signals to PAL, NTSC or VGA.
