Western Digital External Hard Drive Open
GOOD external Hard Drive???
I bought a Western Digital 500GB External Hard Drive Nuy cuz the Best Guy said it was a good brand, and I liked the design and price thereof. But after using it for a few days, he likes it. I will put in place and installs quickly, but after anywhere from several minutes to several hours of computer stops reading. (Not on schedule, but still do) Sometimes I'll be able to open files / folders and view them, sometimes it appears in white. The only thing I can count on, is that still do. I must close and turn it back on again, then it seems to work. I am a DJ, and in the middle of a show, close me. Can not have that! I have another drive that I received from CAVS (karaoke) I think the name of it is "mobile office", but not sure … Can not find the brand online anywhere, but it does not stop me, but only 160. (Using Toshiba Satellite with laptop)
I would say get a Hitachi Deskstar internal and enclosing it in an enclosure 3.5, available for about $ 20 – $ 50. The price, including the speaker will likely be higher, but the reliability is much better.
