Is there a 12v wall adapter with dual plugs?
My router and modem both run off 12v wall adapters (same polarity) and I was wondering if anyone manufactured a 12v adapter that has two plugs on the end to save clutter and free an outlet. I understand how electricity works, so I do know it would have to be a higher amp adapter to cover both devices.
Yes they do make 12VDC adaptors with 4 leads. They are popular for supplying power to security cameras. I recently bought 2 from a distributor on ebay. The model is KX-12-03AOM. The output is 12vDC at 3 amps and was around 20 bucks. If you google the model number you may have results or go on ebay and search power supplies.
