Western Digital External Hard Drive Cord
My Hard Drive Is not working externally. Suggestions? 250g WD external?
I have a Western Digital 250g External Hard Drive That I'm in about November last year. Suddenly today it just stopped working. I have no idea why. When I plug on my computer, it shows that its on, but it makes some clicking sounds and then top does not appear on my computer. Then, if I unplug the cord attatched to my computer it doesn't off. There's just until I cut myself. It is very annoying and I do not prefer to have to obtain a new one. In addition, some ON files would be very risky to give all those who could remedy. I would like suggestions on what takes to make it work again. Btw IVE also tried on another computer and had the same exact problem. ?????
Sounds as your hard drive may have gone wrong. That happens and that's why you always want to have copies of files on at least two different hard drives. ~
